internet confusion

exquisite decor, but absolutely no room for maneuvering—i nearly tripped on those ridiculous steps to the bathroom. the internet door was more confusing than my ex’s explanations. Also, just wanted a fiesty room upgrade for my troubles. is that too much to ask? overall, wish I'd stayed somewhere else, felt more like a shafted guest than a VIP.

Super close to all the sights and breakfast delivered to your room was a treat. The only downside-traffic noise can be a bit much at times.

ineffective air conditioning

The room was rather cramped with limited storage options, making it difficult to manage our belongings. Additionally, the air conditioning was not effective enough to cool the space adequately, and we struggled with the temperature, especially after our cleaner turned it off. Finally, the virtual room key instructions were confusing, which added to our frustration during check-in.

Incredible location right by major sights! Breakfast was a real treat—customizable and delivered right to our door. Also, we really enjoyed the convenience of having a mini fridge stocked with goodies.

Wi-fi was a bit dodgy, and our friends faced a rough time without AC for their entire trip, leading to a bit of chaos with a leaking unit.

Couldn’t believe how cozy the room was, felt like home away from home. They had fresh fruit and water waitin’ for us. Breakfast was all customizable like a dream, and that lil’ balcony was a peace of heaven. Our host always had a smile and went outta her way to help. The only thing is it gets a bit noisy late at night—bring earplugs if ya can!

It was just a prime choice for a concise stay in Rome with great value for the money. The breakfast was made to order and delivered right to the door, which was a nice touch. Tip, Try to book facing the internal courtyard for a quieter experience.

The location made it easy for me to explore all the nearby attractions. My room was comfortable and provided a nice view. Breakfast was a nice way to start the day, delivered right to my room. I’ll definitely return when I’m back in the area.

I found the breakfast to be disappointing, as it wasn't warm enough. The door opening process was confusing, making access a bit of a hassle.
